Spell Five is a free daily word puzzle delivered by email and played on this site, published by Remind Guide, LLC. The puzzles, clues and grids are ours; you are welcome to play them, and not to republish them.
One person, one subscription. Automated play, multiple addresses controlled by one person, and anything else intended to manufacture entries are grounds for removing an account and voiding its entries. The Official Rules govern the draw and take precedence over this page where they overlap.
The site is provided as it is. We try to send a puzzle every morning and to keep the site up, but we do not promise either, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the service being unavailable.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
